You'll Never Guess the Top Selling Game in UK

January has arrived without any major game releases, and that has given less conventional titles a chance to rise in the charts. One of those is Ubisoft's Just Dance, a music rhythm game that encourages aerobic exercise and/or drunken flailing. It was the top selling video game in Britain for the week ended January 16th, 2010. Judging by the second highest-selling release last week, it appears that Nintendo has found a way to cash in on the lucrative New Year's Resolution market, as millions of folks rush to the latest health craze.

Further down the list it was nice to see Darksiders rank in the top ten, a game that we enjoyed in our recent feature review.
