Would You Like to Live INSIDE a Giant Video Game Console?

Imagine if the power connector port were the front door, the game slot was a 4-car garage and the face buttons were skylights. That's exactly what photographer and artist Joseph Ford has imagined, with help from 3D designer Mohamed Bareche. These amazing photos are not real, unfortunately. They are just very-realistic looking 3D renders transposed over empty construction sites, which appeared as a feature in a French online magazine called Amusement. Still, if it were architecturally possible, somebody should go ahead and build these anyway. The DS is even environmentally sustainable with its solar panel array situated in the top screen portion of the building.

We also love the Sony PS3 office building, although it is not as challenging a shape to recreate in habitable form. It also looks like it could be a serious (although somewhat fun) place to work.
