Yeah shame on Sony for not outbidding MSoft for some timed exclusive DLC. Its timed exclusive meaning the PS3 was going to get GTA4 DLC anyway. Quit your bitching and get over it.

GDH is right, i love my ps3, but i also have a 360.(my preference is my ps3, thats why i bought gta 4 for it. and i bought the 360 is strictly for 360 exclusives.) And StewartFan, this isnt the only games that i wished i'd purchased for the 360 because of the exclusive dlc. GTA 4 and Fallout 3, two of my favorite games of this generation, went without dlc, while 360 owners had all the fun.(And i know the PS3 is soon to get the Falout 3 dlc that the 360 got like last year, but its pointless because i have moved on as im sure other fans have as well). Im just saying, Sony should stop shorthanding its loyal fans, and cough up some fucking cash. By the way, i am not saying im giving up on sony or the ps3, i would not give my ps3 up for anything(i bought it when it was first released for a whopping $700(proudly) and the store forced me to buy two games with it as well(ripoff)so $800. Also, R_Rizzle, just shut up, the game was released over a year ago, we shouldnt have to wait six months longer than 360 owners just because Sony wanted to be cheap bastards.

So when WILL the ps3 get some kind of dlc and not home stuff because that would be terrible

It is a shame that it took this long to just announce that DLC is coming soon for GTA4. You can only play a game for so long until you can get some DLC. It has been longer than long

The heck are you talking about, fanboys being desperate? It's true that the DLC was a timed exclusive. MS no longer has exclusive rights to each of them 6 months after release. Research it a bit.

It is questionable whether or not the PS3 will actually get it, but the fact that it they are only timed exlusives does give PS3 owners some hope.

The DLC will never be on the PS3. Sorry DT, but you're an idiot. Rockstar has confirmed both DLC packs were 360 exlclusives, and they will not make anymore DLC for the game. Microsoft paid 50 Million $ for the DEVELOPMENT of both DLC packs. If it weren't for the 50 Mil, the DLC would never even exist in the first place.

And last but not least, Microsoft also publised both DLC packs.

Here's another thing: Microsoft made this deal with Rockstar way before the game was even released. Timed exclusive my arse.

F*ck xbox, and F*ck Cockstar games...It is a shame, but I will be playing Saints Row 2 from now on. They've got TONS more guns than GTA4 and TONS of sh*t GTA had in previous games,but for some reason took out for GTA4, Like the Parachute and Jets, and a helicopter that shoots missles...

It really is a shame but i have been looking for info everywhere today as i think it is just a piss take i agree with Mike_Hockidges i will be doing the same as him anyway i have read something from a rockstar ex that there will never be any content for ps3 which is really annoying because to be fair i couldn't give a crap about the new episodes, it just would have been nice for rockstar to give us some new cars or just advance the game like buy property or mod cars or anything or anything they i mean ok x-box got the right for $50 mill, but anything for loyal fans?

well this really sucks iv bin with sony all my life from the 1st PS1 now the PS3. i cant belive that they would puck out all of there fans and followers its just not right. and i wish that msoft would stop buying out games and shmit and pissin off everone. well i gess all we can do is just let it go. i just going to hope that maby one day they come to there senses and get there crap together.

These are just game-add ons for 360, no big deal the new gta in 2010 is meant to be released in march or august- saying that it will be set in vice city, and i think definetley january or december these add on swill be on Ps3 so just wait.

well i dont know if were going to get a DLC but what i do know are facts
AGENT is going to be and exclusive for for ps3 and is said to kick more ass than any gta so thats something to look up too
and also I HEARD (or read it in some magazine:))
that ps3 WILL get gta V do to ps3 blue ray disc packing so much space and crisp graphics that 360 simply cant compare too no matter what unless they make a part 1 then a part 2 and a part 3 and R* doesnt want to that

I say shame on Rockstar. They took the easy money, and broke a a promise to PS3 owners. We all know PS3 is winning the console wars, and Rockstar pissed off a lot of people like me who bought a console just to play GTA4.

I WILL NOT BUY THE NEXT GTA5! As far as I am concerned Rockstar can become Xbox exlusive, and they can take activision with them.

(why hate on activision? cause they also perfers giving exlusives to xbox. The only good game they have (Call of duty) they didn't even develop the francise. They bought it, and 1st person shooters are a dime a dozen)

i am suprised that someone didnt flame satansoft for spending $50 to try to stay ahead of the console war, seems a bit desperate to me and i for one am glad sony doesnt spend $50 mil on stupid DLC that extends 1 game for a few hours...then that would mean they would have made its customers purchase sony brand hardrives, charge another $100 for wireless capabilities then charge more for high def options or an accessory to be able to use an optical cable and visual hookups, and rechargable battery packs.
personally i wish i could play dlc, but think about the ways the users end up paying for the cost of development. i hate xbox, i have went through 4 systems due to RROD, the graphics card error (error 74) and one of my xbox 360's controller ports shorted out....every time i was dumb enough to get another system, then i got tired of it, tired of spending more money on something that should have worked the first time. xbox has sold more consoles, i for one bought 4...how many have you bought? i wonder why they are ahead of sony. i hate microsoft and all the dumb crap they stand for and the way they make their fans/gamers pay extra for the dumbest crap that should have been included to begin with.

Oh & here's another thing, I heard a rumour other day that PS3 is going to be getting first dubs on the next set of dlc for the upcoming GTA5. that is only a rumour though so try not to bitch too much!
