Rockstar Games Offers Free Music
Rockstar Games and Adult Swim have an early Christmas present for music lovers. The two companies announced that they are offering a free downloadable mix tape full of interesting new music. The tracks have each been individually chosen by employees of Rockstar Games and the Adult Swim television network, so you know there is going to be some cool stuff in there. The style skews decidedly toward the hip hop end of the music spectrum, so all you country fans are unfortunately out of luck. The download can be accessed on the Adultswim.com website beginning December 7 and lasting until the end of the year.
All of the songs can be downloaded directly to your PC, but two of the tracks can be used as DLC for Rockstar's PSP game Beaterator. Beaterator allows users to cut up and create their own music using sampled beats. The two tracks that are available for download to the PSP are "Hello Miss" and "Is That You God?".
