PS3's hard drive to be sold separately

In a recent update to the Official Playstation 3 site, Sony revealed that the console's hard drive will be an add-on, instead of an included component. The drive, which is listed as a 2.5" laptop-style disc, is of a currently unknown capacity, although it is expected to match or exceed the 20GB drive included with the Xbox 360 Premium bundle.
