PS3 beats 360, DS in January NPD

Guess the analysts were right, PS3 is going to perform well this year. For the first time ever, the PS3 outperformed not only the 360 but the DS and was just a mere 5K away from the wii! That's quite an accomplishment. Our hats off to the PS3 and here's to more good news for the following months.

Edit: MS is claiming that they're having supply constraint issues, which may prove to be true just about everywhere except Hawaii. (They're fine here) Nintendo is always supply constrained but I think the real reason PS3 outperformed is because of the warner/blu-ray announcement.
