PlayStation Home Beta delayed until October 2008

Yes, the PlayStation Home Beta has been delayed. Until October of this year. Sony gives the reason as to fleshing out the service more, and making sure that everything is proper for it's release. But Sony will be inviting more people into the Closed Beta over the summer.
