Metal Gear Online Beta delayed! Announcement tomorrow

The Metal Gear Online beta, scheduled to start today, and run through May 5 has been delayed. The Konami ID site loads at a crawl due to the sheer number of people trying to play this hotly anticipated game. Because the beta is free in Europe, we can safely assume that the millions of PS3 owners in Europe were definitely trying to get into the beta. This may have caused the site to crash, but nevertheless, the beta has been delayed. There is an expected announcement tomorrow, but the beta must start soon, as the game will be released within two months. The beta close date has been pushed back to May 11.
