It's elementary dear reader - The Testament of Sherlock Holmes is coming to PS3 this Autumn

Sherlock Holmes is coming to the PS3 for the very first time. Ukrainian developer Frogwares have been serving up Sherlock Holmes games on the PC and handheld consoles for over a decade, and now, with the announcement that The Testament of Sherlock Holmes is to be released in the fall, Holmes will finally make the leap to the PS3 and Xbox360.

The year is 1898, the place, London, and things are looking grim for Sherlock. He's the main suspect in case involving theft and fraud and double crossings, and even the good Doctor Watson has started to give his friend Sherlock, sideways glances.

Frogwares are promising a 'complex and mature storyline'. Gameplay sounds very similar to the just released LA Noire. You'll handle and inspect clues, re-enact crimes, interview suspects and witnesses and draw your own conclusions. You get to decide which leads to follow and which to ignore.
