Hide Your Jewels, Sly Cooper Set To Steal PS3 This Fall

The Sly Cooper franchise made its name on the Sony PlayStation 2 as a brand new adventure title from Sony Computer Entertainment, and it quickly won over gamers with its great gameplay, visual flair, and overall attention to detail. Now, Sly Cooper is back and is set to steal the show yet again this coming Fall on the Sony PlayStation 3.
Sanzaru Games has taken over the reigns of the new Sly Cooper release, which was originally developed by developer Sucker Punch Productions.
The new developer is appearing though as if they are going to pick up right where Sucker Punch left off, as the new Sly Cooper Thieves In Time on the PS3 is looking just solid thus far.
Up until now, there have been few details released as to when the new Sly Cooper game would actually hit store shelves, but the muster is beginning to be solved.
This will be the first time in seven years that the franchise has seen a release on a Sony console, far too long of a period of time for a franchise that has enjoyed as much success as this one has.
The new Sly Cooper Thieves In Time will put gamers in the role yet again as Sly Cooper, as well as his ancestors, going back into the Sly Cooper family tree to introduce some new characters to the franchise.
The developer clearly has their finger on the pulse of the franchise and what gamers want, as they were responsible for the release of Sly Cooper HD.
There will be varying play styles, according to the new preview on the Official PlayStation Blog, that will be geared towards the various characters you will control.
In terms of a release date, it is looking more and more like we will be seeing Sly Cooper Thieves In Time on the Sony PS3 this coming October, right in time for the holiday shopping season.
It is time to go out and purchase a new safe, keep all of your prized posessions in it, and secure it as best you can. Sly Cooper is back, and he is set to steal the show on the PS3 this Fall, get ready!
