No, the title is not a lie. Take-Two has announced that Grand Theft Auto 4 has been delayed until the second quarter of fiscal year 2008. There is no solid reason stated for the delay but Take-Two chairman Strauss Zelnick stated."certain elements of development proved to be more time-intensive than expected." What are the elements? Is it the reports of Take-Two's problem with 360's lack of hard drive necessity? Is it how developers say the PS3 is hard to make games for? More information will be released as it comes.
