God of War 3 : My Journey into Revenge

The premise is you playing the once and now defragmented God of War, I mean the opening sequence of this game is one that will stay with me forever. The amazing camera angles, the scale of the battle, the methods used to defeat your enemies, it's all almost too much to describe. I had several moments where I simply couldn't believe how crisp and sharp the visuals were, to tie this in the battle system is the smoothest I have
ever experienced. The last time I was this impressed with it all this 'Kicking off' was getting to grips with Dante in Devil May Cry 3. This game has blown me away and made me realize what is really achievable when games are made, and made correctly.

The levels, the set pieces, the boss battles are the best I have ever seen - EVER. The speed in which you feel like a Pro when taking the opposed to the kerb, the level up system, the characters you meet along the way, all truly amazing. There depiction of hell was also a refreshing one and a real good and slightly disturbing take on it. This along with the version of hell in the Movie 'Constantine' are the best and most chilling versions of hell I have seen.

The other thing that the game does well is constantly reminds you that you are playing the tyrant, you are as evil as those you are trying to destroy, if not worse? However, as you play there is a part of you that accepts the fact and you find yourself screaming at the TV 'I'm going to HELL, whose coming with me?' - brilliant by way of engaging you
with the story and the characters who fuel your burning desire to kill everyone in your path.

As a note if you will, a morsel of conversation between me and thee God of War 3, is without doubt, the greatest game on this green globe we call earth. You think I am joking, just take the first five minutes my friends, I bet that's all it takes for you to pause it and shout at whoever else is in earshot with a sentence full of obscenities which ends with 'have you seen this?'

God of war 3 is the shining beacon of what a game can be in this Generation of Games. God of War 3 could be the 'Veyron' of our Gaming Times...........

This game needs no introduction so my experience is going to be direct. This game literally took me to the edge and back again.
