Cideko Air Keyboard Conqueror Review

The Cideko Air Keyboard Conqueror is one of the more interesting and intriguing accessories to come across our desk in recent weeks, as this is an all-in-one device that aims to get rid of your keyboard, mouse, as well as your PS3 controller.
For the majority of PC gamers out there, the standard configuration is for you to use a keyboard and mouse to play games.
You will then also in most cases want a joystick or joypad in some circumstances. With this device though, all of these can be easily replaced.
The Cideko Air Keyboard Conqueror comes in a very nice package that includes the controller itself, a driver CD, mini-USB cable for charging, as well as the rechargeable battery and USB dongle.
Getting the controller to work on your PC or PS3 is a breeze with the use of the USB dongle, as you will be up and running in no time.
Once we were set-up, we decided to take it for a spin on the PS3 as well as on a PC.
The controller works very well as the build quality is well-done, with the design and functionality of the analog sticks, the D-Pad, etc. are excellent.
The keyboard is a bit small for my liking which is certainly a concern for gamers with "fat" fingers, but overall the functionality is certainly there.
The motion sensing air mouse capabilities take some getting used to, but once you have it calibrated you will be flying around your desktop with ease.
Charging the device took a few hours, but tests showed that the controller worked flawlessly well beyond 15-hours of use.
Overall the Cideko Air Keyboard Conqueror is a great device with a very competitive price point of $99.99.
For those of you with a PS3 of a HTPC set-up, this is a dream come true. It allows you to truly lose the mouse, keyboard, and gaming peripherals, as well as the wires that go along with them.
With the Cideko Air Keyboard Conqueror, you can easily cut your devices down to one and control everything with great ease and fluidity, a great little accessory that is well worth the money.
Final Score: 8.5
