2010 Video Game Industry Predictions

New Year.jpg

Happy New Year! Even though that phrase gets repeated a lot, we really mean it here at GameFlavor. That's because we believe that 2010 is shaping up to be one of the most interesting and action-packed years in gaming. Sure we are smack in the middle of console cycle doldrums. However, some of the biggest games from last season were recently pushed into 2010, crowding it with AAA releases. As well, we have the upcoming motion controllers from Sony and Microsoft to look forward to. Finally, we might also begin to hear some juicy rumors about each company's next generation hardware, expected sometime in 2011.

Some of our ideas might sound far-fetched, but some are indeed very plausible. For the moment, all of these are simply predictions and predictions only. Be sure and use the comments section at the bottom to add any of your own predictions (or wishes) for the upcoming year in gaming.
