Tekken 5: Dark Resurection

Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, the downloadable title for the Ps3, has finally lifted a burden that many games place on me, the need to insert the disk into the system. With Dark Resurrection, I have Tekken on my hard drive and can play it without having to get up. It’s not a perfect port of Tekken 5 however. Though there’s a graphical improvement, the Hilarious Story mode is missing, replaced by a Ghost Battle mode, which pits your character against various other combatants for money. Buying the ending movies to the three new characters is great but without knowing their back stories, it really doesn’t make much sense. Regardless of the few short comings, Dark Resurrection is one game Tekken fans have to download. And if you happen to have friends, it doubles the fun. (If you don’t have any, you can always pay people to play, like I do.)
