Super Stardust HD

“Maybe I’m expecting too much from these downloadable titles.” That’s what I thought after playing Blast Factor but Super Stardust HD proved me wrong. I can expect a lot and eat it too. (Wait, I think I forgot to mention something about cake. Oh well.) The two games are similar enough to the point where I won’t bother explaining what you do. (You shoot things.) However, unlike Blast, you start off with 3 weapons, rock crusher, some fire whip thing (my friend and I always call it a fire whip.) and ice needles. Each attack is better suited for different rock and enemy types. There are upgrades available by blasting glowing green rocks, making your weapons better and more powerful. There are also different stages, meaning you won’t stay in 1 place for too long. Basically, all my gripes with Blast Factor was address here. Now if only there was online co-op, then this game would be perfect!
