Guitar Hero: World Tour Peripheral Photos

In what the folks at Activision are calling "the definitive Guitar Hero experience," players will not only be able to rock out with guitars, but also incorporate drums and vocals to record and mix their own music. Today, we received the first crop of images of the new wireless peripherals, which include a Guitar Hero branded microphone, a sweet looking guitar, and a pretty robust looking drum kit. All peripherals are wireless, allowing would-be rockstars to jump on top of furniture or stage dive as they see fit.

The game will also include support for 8-player "Battle of the Bands" mode, so we can't wait to gather 7 more friends together to wail on our plastic instruments in the same room. The only thing missing from this package seems to be a bass guitar, but then again, nobody ever remembers the bass player's name anyway.
